5 Easy To Follow Modules

When you enter into the course dashboard, you’ll instantly see a welcome message along with the modules listed out for you to easily see.

You’ll know exactly what you need to do in order to complete the course material.

The good thing is each video is only 10 minutes long so you can easily watch a video here and there during feedings or nap time.

Navigation is simple and progress is extremely visible to help you stay on track to the course requirements.

But don’t worry if you can’t keep up because the course is a self-paced course that does not have deadlines or expiration dates.

You’ll have lifetime access and will always be able to take breaks from the course material when you need to. It’s completely under your control.

So if you go on vacation and need to put a pause on your workout calendar, no worries, because you can simply hop right back where you left off when you get back.

The Course Is Designed To Keep You Motivated

But maybe you are worried that you may not stay motivated and you’ll just jump ship all together.

Nope, I won’t let that happen because I check in with you weekly to see how the progress is going. I won’t let you go unnoticed.

Accountability is key, and that’s what makes this course unique compared to others. It’s not like you join the program and you’re left to your own devices.

Nope. I want you to stay motivated, stay accountable and finish the course until the end.

Results are everything, so I’m going to want to see and hear about your results. You are more likely to succeed if you know someone is waiting to hear from you on the other side. Let’s get you that success story you have been wanting. Postpartum pooch…so long! You’re outta here.

How Do You Lose The Postpartum Belly?

So how does the program work? How do you lose your postpartum belly?

It only takes 10 minutes a day for 10 weeks where you get full access to my physical therapy derived core strengthening program that targets the deep inner muscles of the core.

The most effective exercises are included in this program with my signature progression based on my medical background.

Progression and timing is key to getting the results you want.

I progress all my clients in a way that is not exhausting but is tolerable and achievable.

When you achieve something one day, it’s a lot easier to return back again the next day. I don’t want any quitters, so I make sure the program is achievable.

The 3 Stages

There are 5 modules within the course. And there are 3 stages of progression within the program. Each stage is the next level of difficulty.

By the end of the program, you will have graduated to tolerating any ab workout of your choice.

Your abs are strong enough to tolerate even the most intense ab workouts you have even done in the past.

My goal for you is to have your pre-pregnancy body back and your pre-pregnancy ab strength back.

Let’s get it done, and you can do this by joining the Postpartum Abs Simplified program.

Enrollment starts now with a new group of moms who are in the same boat you are in.

The community in the exclusive private Facebook group is crucial for relationship building and companionship, something all new moms need.

And when you are like-minded, driven and determined to achieve the same thing, a strong core postpartum, your likelihood of success is unstoppable.

It’s Not All About The Program But Also The Mindset

It’s not all about the workouts in this program, but also the mindset. Motivation, goal setting, routine, habits and mindset play a huge role in the success of you completing the course and getting the results you want. I guide you in all these areas within the course so that you can feel good while working towards your goals.

Postpartum Abs Simplified

If you have the goal of losing the postpartum pooch, strengthening your abs and restoring your core after having a baby and having fun while doing it, this course is perfect for you.

Don’t let months go by with you struggling to squeeze in a workout that doesn’t even target the deep inner muscles of your core and leave you wondering if you’ll ever get your pre-mama body back again.

You don’t have to settle for the pooch.

Just because you are a mom doesn’t mean you need to have the “mommy tummy”.

What You Should Never Do To Lose The Postpartum Belly

Your stomach can be strong, your confidence can be high and your life can be fun.

I know it may seem silly that this one thing of having a stronger core can make all the difference when it comes to enjoying your life as a mom, but really it can.

When you feel good again in your own skin, when you feel strong, when you feel normal, your positive energy comes out of you and spreads to those you love. Your baby will sense it.

Your husband will notice something is different about you, not just physically but emotionally. When you feel like “You”, you’ll act like “You”. And isn’t that what we want…for our baby to get to know the real you?

These healthy habits that you instill now in the early stages of motherhood will last a lifetime and spread well into your child’s life. I was once where you are now, and I can tell you that ever since I put health as a priority into my life as a mom, my 4 children reap more of the benefit than I do. And to me that is so worth every minute I spent on the floor doing my workout routines.

If you feel led to making health a priority in your life and you’re ready to start simple, to make a change that has a huge impact on your life and your child’s life, I encourage you to start with the core, the most crucial part of your body that holds everything in place.

Your core is literally the backbone to your body, and you need it to be strong to withhold the forces and stress that comes with motherhood. You’ve got this mama! I want you to succeed, and I want you to win in this walk as a #strongmom.

What You Should Never Do To Lose The Postpartum Belly

If you are ready to finally make a change, to do something for yourself, to gift yourself with strength and confidence, then I encourage you to learn more about Postpartum Abs Simplified and enroll in the course to get the step-by-step program that has helped moms across the world restore their core after pregnancy.
