Dr. Jena Bradley is a full time mom and physical therapist who runs a pregnancy and postpartum health and fitness blog, Live Core Strong. Through her blog, Dr. Jena has successfully blended two facets of her life, motherhood and physical therapy, to create a helpful resource for the next generation of health-minded moms. Her medical background and experience as a mom give her a strong platform to share real life knowledge with her followers.
Dr. Jena graduated in 2009 with a doctorate from the #1 ranked physical therapy school at The University of Pittsburgh. Shortly thereafter, she became a wife and mother. Currently she lives in the Pittsburgh area where she raises four beautiful little girls with her husband, Darren.

Yes you should! This is a great program for someone to have in advance so you know exactly what to do with your stretched out belly the moment you have a baby. You won’t be going through the course material while in the hospital, so you might as well get a jump start on the material before baby arrives. And then you can move through the material at your own pace once you enter postpartum recovery. You’ll definitely want to be prepared by 6 weeks postpartum.
2. When is the best time to enroll in Postpartum Abs Simplified during postpartum recovery?
I recommend you start now! The reason why I say that is because the sooner you start, the easier it is to get the results you are wanting. Even though the weekly workout routine doesn’t officially start until the 6 week postpartum check-up, there is a lot of beneficial course material that you can be focusing on during the 6 week postpartum wait to prepare your body for the postpartum ab workout program that’s included in this course.
3. Is it too late for me to start doing Postpartum Abs Simplified since I had my baby more than a year ago?
