Lindsey is a personal trainer and a mom of two. Nourish Move Love is a health and fitness blog that helps women create a lifestyle and body they love. With her YouTube channel, she takes her passion to the next level.

    POPSUGAR Fitness offers a variety of trainers and workouts on their YouTube Channel but one of my favorite trainers for a great mom workout is Anna Renderer. She is a is the Health and Fitness Host for FitSugar TV and  provides her expertise to create quality fitness education and present the latest fitness trends. She has her Bachelor and Master degrees in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Northeastern University.

    7. Live Core Strong with Dr. Jena Bradley

    That’s me. I’m Dr. Jena with Live Core Strong. I’m a physical therapist and mom of 4 teaching moms all about prenatal and postpartum safe workouts geared to get you fit in the most effective way possible.

    I love teaching new moms how to work out with their baby by doing Mommy and Me workouts. And I specialize in core exercises specifically targeting the right muscle groups so that new moms can quickly recover and get their stomach back to the way it used to be before being pregnant.
