Well these days, going to the gym is not much of an option with the pandemic that’s going on. But just finding a solid block of time to fit in a workout routine is hard enough when you are taking care of your kids.

There are so many free resources on YouTube that are geared specifically for moms looking to incorporate fitness into their busy mom lifestyle. And even if you are not a mom, these female YouTubers have extensive video playlists for all women to enjoy.

She is a is the Health and Fitness Host for FitSugar TV and  provides her expertise to create quality fitness education and present the latest fitness trends. Amy has her Bachelor and Master degrees in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Northeastern University.
