1. 7 Minute Workout

When I found out about this 7 Minute Workout App, I was absolutely thrilled because most days that’s all I have time to do, a 7 minute workout. Being a busy mom can cause my workouts to be pushed to the backburner and often times never get done.

But when I set low expectations and hope to get a 7 minute workout in, I’m more likely to get it done compared to trying to squeeze in a 30 minute routine amongst kiddos in the house. This app has you covered.

Plus, no need for equipment. Do these workouts in the comfort of your own home.

2. Interval Timer

This app has a wide range of timer options for your HIIT workout but it doesn’t have to be limited to just HIIT workouts. I love using it for all my workouts and even for other routines throughout the day (like my make-up time), my “me” time that includes devotions and prayer.

This timer app is what keeps my busy schedule on point so I don’t miss  a step and stay on track throughout the day.

My favorite part about this app is you get to change the length of time for your on and off periods of your workout so when you need a 10 second rest vs. a 20 second rest, it’s an easy switch on the app.

Need some accountability with your workouts? Need motivation to work out? Feel lost with what workout to do each day?

Well, the MyTraining Workout Tracker Log app has a huge selection of exercises that are included in its database. Need an ab exercise routine? Just simply search “abs”. Want to do upper body today? Simply type in “arms” in the search. The possibilities are endless.

My favorite part of this app is the calendar workout tracker where you can mark off each workout session and log it in the calendar. The best way to stay committed to a new workout routine is by tracking it on a calendar.

ou’re doing and motivate yourself to stick with it. Give it a go!

4. Couch to 5K Runner

I haven’t tried this app before, but I’m going to download it right now. I’m not a strong runner, but I know if I am going to start running, it’s going to take baby steps to get to the point where I am comfortable running a 5K.

This app is the way I’m going to get there. It helps the novice with support and advice to get you from the couch to running with ease. It eases you into a training program that starts with quick bursts instead of long duration runs.

Plus, it has a voice over guide to help you along the way. If you have always wanted to try running but have been afraid to, this is a great way to get started.

If you are a runner, jogger or even a biker, this mileage tracking app is the one to get. It even has this special feature that tracks the wear and tear on your running shoes. There is a share feature so you can share your workout success with your friends.

And if you are needing a revamp in your workout music playlist, this app now syncs with Apple Music to offer high-tempo playlists.

Here is another great all-inclusive workout app that is free and filled with tons of resources. No need to go to the gym because this app provides plenty of free new workout ideas for you that range from 5 to 30 minutes.

So if you are busy, don’t have time to go to the gym and you need quick workout ideas to squeeze into your jam-packed schedule, all you have to do is open up this fitness trainer app and start working out.
