Hello! I am a mom that works full time. I am very quick to making up reasons to not work out and finding the time. I am very tired all the time and that works against me as well. Over time I have just gained weight and now not comfortable with my body. My abdomen is where I carry most of my fat. I would like to trim down my core, but I am very much a beginner in working out.
