3 in 1 Postpartum Support Recovery Belly Wrap
I have tried a variety of postpartum belly wraps, but this one I used for 2 of my 4 pregnancies. I didn’t discover it until I was pregnant with my 3rd, and I loved it so much that I used it again for my 4th pregnancy.
I was a little skeptical at first when I bought it because the packaging was pretty plain. No instructions were provided, and I really had no clue how to wear it.

I did some searches on YouTube to make sure I was putting it on correctly because I did not want to waste time wearing this thing if it wasn’t doing its job.
After watching several YouTube videos of(Belly Wrap Review) , I was still not convinced that anyone was teaching me the right way. I’m a physical therapist, so I definitely know a lot about wraps and braces. After some trial and error, I finally figured out what to do with the 3 pieces.
I want you to be confident in the product as well so I will be creating a video for you to watch and learn the proper way to wear each of the 3 pieces. But for now, I have this video reviewing the pros and cons of the 3 in 1 postpartum belly wrap by ChongErfei.
The Pro’s
There are pros and cons to everything, but in this case there are definitely more pros than cons. Let’s start with the pros for the 3 in 1 postpartum belly wrap by ChongErfei.
Price
The price tag of this 3 piece set is extremely affordable on Amazon. Priced at $20.98 it is well within most people’s budgets when it comes to baby shopping. A crib and a car seat are way more money than a postpartum belly wrap. Make room in your baby budget and put it into your new mama budget! Other postpartum belly wraps that are comparable to this one range as much as $70-100 plus! This is a steal of a deal.(Belly Wrap Review)
Versatility
My second favorite part about the 3 in 1 is that is is 3 pieces!!! One for your waist, belly and for your pelvis.
That means you can mix and match to create different options based on your needs.
It also allows for the ability to progress by using more layers as time passes.
Start with one wrap at the of your postpartum journey, add the second wrap/layer after a week or two and then finish with third wrap/layer for the ultimate support.
If you’re home, use all three wraps to get the best results, but if you want a streamlined look under a tight fitting blouse, wear one wrap to help support your mid-section.
Sizing
It’s one size fits all, so there’s no measuring involved when ordering.
Typically, you’re pregnant with a large belly when it’s time to order a postpartum belly wrap. Measuring can be a guessing game and rather difficult to do. With this, you won’t need to measure.
The velcro spans a large area so that you can make it as tight or as loose as you want. As your belly begins to shrink during postpartum, you can easily (Belly Wrap Review)tighter around your waist. It’s quite simple.
Breathable Material
After wearing it for 4 months for 2 postpartum recoveries, I can honestly say I never broke a sweat wearing it.
Now, both postpartum periods were in the fall and winter, but I truly never felt hot or uncomfortable wearing it.
The description doesn’t say what it’s actually made of but it does say “breathable & comfortable material, high quality lightweight fabric”. Great for ventilation so you can stay dry.
Durability
Like I just mentioned, I wore it for a total of 8 months between two pregnancies. And the postpartum wrap still looks like it is in great shape.
It’s extremely durable unlike many other postpartum wraps. The velcro continues to be ultra sticky after hundreds of times putting it on and taking it off. The wrap does an amazing job at maintaining its shape even after months of bending, sitting and rocking a baby.
Most other wraps tend to fold in the back region but this one does not.
Easy To Clean
Since you will be wearing this every day for 2 to 4 months, it’s going to get rather dirty; but no worries because it’s really easy to clean. Stick it in the washer and your done.
Adjustability And Fit
Since there are adjustable straps that wrap around on top of the wrap itself, it makes for an even more customizable belly wrap. It’s extremely adjustable and the fit feels like it was made just for you.

The height spans the length of your back and, therefore, the wrap will not roll down your back as most other postpartum wraps do. The rib feature in the back provides structure and support as well.
Ease Of Use
It’s like wrapping a towel around your body after a shower; the postpartum belly wrap is just as simple as that.
You take one side and wrap it overtop the other side. Easy to do by yourself without the assistance of another person. It closes in the front opposed to the side which helps to prevent you from twisting your back while putting it on. This also helps prevent you from stretching your c-section stitches.
Also most other postpartum wraps on the market use hooks and eye closures to secure it shut, which is time consuming and quite finicky. The velcro is so much easier to use when you are busy running around with a newborn.
Safe For C-Sections
It’s a great option for post c-section mamas. Typically doctors recommend a postpartum belly wrap after someone received a c-section, and this is one of them. It’s recommended to wear it overtop of a tank or t-shirt to prevent friction onto your incision site. Begin wearing this only after you received your doctor’s approval.
The Con’s
Now onto the cons. There are very few of these but they are definitely worth mentioning. Remember, I wanted to be as honest and upfront with you about this product so let’s get to it.
Comfort
Most belly wraps are not going to be very comfortable, and this one is quite difficult to get used to, specifically wearing it while taking care of your newborn baby. It can feel rather bulky when wearing all 3 layers, especially while nursing. It definitely can be done (as I did it for 8 months and nursed the entire time), and it takes some getting used to. But the pros far outweigh the cons.
The Look
Since it has a bulky feel to it, it also has a bulky look. It is quite noticeable underneath clothing, specifically tight fitting tops. Other wraps have a more seamless hourglass shape built in it and is meant to wear under clothes and out in public for a sleek look.
This 3 in 1, however, is not meant to wear out in public since most people will notice it under your clothes. You won’t be getting that sleek look that some of the higher end wraps offer.

However that doesn’t mean you can’t wear it out altogether. If you are really interested in this wrap for your postpartum recovery but you still want to wear it out to get a flat tummy look, then all you have to do is wear the one piece that doesn’t have the extra straps attached to it. It gives adequate support and is practically flush under your clothes (but just remember it’s not as seamless as the more expensive postpartum belly wraps).
Overall Review of 3 in 1 Postpartum Support Recovery Belly Wrap by ChongErfei
As you can see there are far more pros than cons that make the decision quite simple. This postpartum belly wrap is definitely a win for any new mom looking for a quicker recovery after just having a baby.
The 3 in 1 postpartum belly wrap by ChongErfei is absolutely affordable at only $20.98, it has 3 pieces which makes it versatile. The wrap is extremely durable, breathable and easy to manage. Although it has some bulk to it, the postpartum wrap does what it’s meant to do, which is support and shape your mid section post pregnancy.
I highly recommend purchasing this product in advance so that you have it ready for Day 2 after experiencing childbirth.
